A preweighed vial containing 50 mg o-Dianisidine. o-Dianisidine (3,3′-dimethoxybenzidine) is a peroxidase substrate suitable for use in ELISA procedures. This substrate produces a soluble end product that is yellow-orange in color and can be read spectrophotometrically at 405 nm. The reaction may be stopped with 5 M HCl.
- Suitable for use in the glucose determination
It is suitable reagent used in the following studies:
- As substrate for the determination of serum ceruloplasmin from its oxidase activity.
- Determination of total antioxidant response (TAR) against potent free radical reactions by a novel, colorimetric and fully automated method.
- As colorimetric indicator for the simultaneous semi-quantitative estimation of glucose, lactate and uric acid on paper-based microfluidic devices (microPAD).
- Myeloperoxidase activity assay.
Bitte beachten Probably carcinogenic.
