Adhesive Transfer Tape 966 is constructed with 3M High Temperature Acrylic Adhesive 100 and a 62# densified kraft paper liner. This adhesive is designed for industrial applications subjected to high temperature environments for short periods of time. Adhesive Transfer Tape meets NASA low outgassing specifications (ASTM E 595) including low leachable chloride which can be important considerations for the electronic and aerospace industries.
Adhesive Transfer Tape 966 is ideal for high temperature attachment (short-term up to 200 °C). This tape can be used for many kinds of applications, including flexible printed circuit (FPC) attachment, aerospace bonding applications, and automotive LED attachment.
