DAB membrane peroxidase substrate (50X) is a benzidine derivative oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of hemoglobin yielding a dark-brown colour of solution. This oxidation can be utilized for tissue samples by first preparing them with hydrogen peroxide.
Suitable for use in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry or other immunology, and microbiology research.
