This kit HLVd combines a reverse transcriptase with a multiplex qPCR assay to simultaneously detect HLVd and an internal control. The kit is suitable for use in real time instruments with FAM and Cy5 detection channels.
This detection kit HLVd uses Reverse Transcriptase (RT) real-time PCR for the detection of HLVd in a simple, reliable, and rapid procedure. The assay combines a reverse transcriptase with a multiplex qPCR assay based on 5' nuclease real time PCR reactions to amplify a unique genomic sequence of each target. The carefully designed primers and probe ensure the highest sensitivity and specificity. The kit consists of an assay mix for detecting the targets, a positive control, and internal control (IC).To minimise PCR cross-contamination, the kit contains dUTP and uracil-N glycosylase (UDG).
