Heptafluorbuttersäureanhydrid Acylierungsreagenz, zur GC-Derivatisierung
Heptafluorbuttersäureanhydrid
Acylation with HFBA can be used for alcohols, phenols, carboxylic acids, amines, amino acids and steroids forming volatile, stable derivatives suited for GC-FID as well as for GC-ECD detection.
- Addition of halogenated carbons enhances detectability by GC-ECD
- Derivatives are hydrolytical stable
- Increased sensitivity by adding molecular weight
