Anti-mouse elF2c Protein Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Antikörper
The elF2c (Argonaute, Ago) protein is a core protein of the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC).

Specificity has been confirmed by IHC, WB and IP in mouse brain. This antibody is expected to recognise at least elF2c-1, 2 and 3 since they have identical C-termini.
Application Information:
Western Blotting (WB), Immunochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP). The recommended concentration for IHC in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues and formalin/acetone fixed tissues is 1:200-1:500. For WB, the recommended concentration is 1:1,000 to 1:2,000. The elFC2 protein has a predicted length of 860 residues and the MW of the monomer is 94 kDa. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
