Lieferant: ENZO LIFE SCIENCES
Synonyme:
CFDA-SE, CFSE, Carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester, 5(6)-CFDA N-succinmidyl ester, 5(6)-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester, 5(6)-CFDA SE
Amine dye
Non-toxic cell permeable fluorescent dye that reacts with amine compounds. Readily accumulates inside viable cells. Hardly leaks from cells when covalently attached to intracellular proteins. Hydrolyzed CFSE emits fluorescence (Ex(max): 495nm; Em(max): 519nm). Therefore, CFSE is utilized for the long-term observation of cell activities by fluorescent microscopy as well as for viable cell detection.
