TRIM45 is a member of the tripartite motif family. It may function as a transcriptional repressor of the mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. TRIM45 belongs to a family of tripartite motif (TRIM) proteins that play important roles in a variety of cellular functions, including cell proliferation, differentiation, development, oncogenesis, and apoptosis (Wang et al., 2004 [PubMed 15351693]).
Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
